• What is the difference between the VIP and the Standard service?
• The VIP services are provided in DeLuxe Suvs and the standard in regular passenger vans.
• Do you take credit cards?
• Yes, we honor major credit cards and PayPal. You can make the payment online after the reservation process or through your service voucher.
• If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requirements?
• All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs prior to your arrival. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation within 24 to 12 hours before service time. You must provide confirmation # for each reservation.
• How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?
• Your driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him.
• Do you have a Guarantee of Service?
• After you have received your “Confirmation Number”, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)
• Do you offer VIP day tours?
• Yes, we can take to anywhere in the area for day tours, from Cancun and the Mayan Riviera you can go to visit Chichen Itza, Tulum, Holbox, Valladolid and Merida. We can arrange personalized tours according to your preferences.
• Do you rent your Suvs by the hour for a wedding?
• Yes, we can arrange that type of service, we provide the driver in all cases.
